Our company was started more than two decades ago, filling a niche and offering a specific service that provided value to a few organizations. How far we’ve come! Having now worked with more than 150 organizations and having added new clients each month, we continue to expand our services and offer more innovative solutions to best meet our clients’ unique needs.

• Establishing a normative database for key areas measured in our customized Employee Engagement Surveys.
• Customized Pulse Surveys that will allow us to gather employee feedback on critical issues efficiently and cost effectively.
• Integrated platform that incorporates all phases of the 360 Feedback Process, including administration, data collection, reporting, action planning, access to online resources and follow-up surveys which measure levels of improvement.
