Welcome to Assessment Plus!
The rare combination of exceptional customer service,
sophisticated technology and customized solutions has
allowed us to triumph in the leadership and
organizational development field for the past two
decades. It has been my privilege to be part of this
unique organization for over ten years. I have had the
opportunity to be involved in the growth, expansion and
enhanced service offerings of Assessment Plus. I am
committed to our continued success and I look ahead with
great excitement and pride as we embark upon the future.
Change helps us grow into someone greater than we
already are. While we are undergoing many new and
exciting changes, we continue to live the values upon
which we were founded. The changes we're making will
result in a tighter focus, better products and services,
and even greater customer satisfaction. I have
highlighted several new developments that will further
enhance our existing services:
- CustoMetrix Feedback Navigator™ - In
early 2005, we built upon our latest platform to
develop a unique assessment technology that
streamlines online administration, data collection,
reporting, action planning, developmental resource
guides and follow up. This system offers our clients
several different features that can be used
independently or in conjunction with each other.
Using all features provides a completely integrated
solution that adds tremendous value to an assessment
initiative.
- Data Security - We have taken further
measures to protect your confidential information.
Our methodologies and systems have been designed
with data integrity and confidentiality as our top
priority. We have partnered with an external
security consulting firm to regularly perform
security penetration testing and annual security
audits based on the ISO 17799 standards.
- International Services – Our system now
supports a myriad of languages, including English,
Spanish, Dutch, Italian, French, Portuguese,
Swedish, and Turkish. With the introduction of
CustoMetrix™, we are further able to serve our
international clients’ needs with improved language
and culture support, including Japanese, Chinese,
and other non-Latin character based languages.
