The Value of an Employee Survey

Our research indicates that stronger commitment from employees and a more engaged workforce results in stronger focus on customers and increased financial and operational performance.

A company’s success is largely dependent on the commitment of the workforce. We offer multiple administration processes – from exclusive online surveys to a paper- pencil administration, or a parallel process that includes both methods. Our secure, web-based survey system is easy to use and allows for 24 hour access to complete surveys. Reminders are sent at key intervals during the data collection period, guaranteeing that your overall response rate will reach a maximum percentage. We also offer a Project Dashboard™ (to pre-approved, internal points of contact), that provides real time information at the project level. This feature allows users to access information relating to the status, activity and response rates by various demographics.

Reporting

Reporting the results of an organizational assessment requires absolute accuracy. Assessment Plus balances the need to provide relevant information with the need to ensure anonymity of the employees. Our technology platform, CustoMetrix™, ensures that we have the ability to customize a reporting format that is a perfect fit for your needs. Although we have the capability of customizing report formats, most of our clients utilize one of our established, user-friendly formats.

Standard quantitative reporting includes the Overall Organizational Report as well as Demographic Comparison Reports, including various summary sections that provide overviews, as well as detailed, item-level results.

Comment Analysis

Because the volume of written comments can be significant, Assessment Plus offers a comment analysis which summarizes all comments and depicts the frequency of topics as well as representative comments for each topic. This analysis will enable you to more easily identify issues that emerge and focus on key strengths and developmental areas. The comment analysis is a key supplement to the executive narrative summary.
