Assessment Plus has internally developed CUSTOMETRIX™, a system of advanced technologies, to facilitate all aspects of our leadership and organizational development solutions. The goal of the CUSTOMETRIX™ system is simple: we employ technology to make our processes more user-friendly and efficient. History

Since our incorporation in 1994, we have employed internal application developers. This allows Assessment Plus to create solutions tailored to meet your specific requirements. In 1996 we began focusing our development resources on solutions that utilize the internet. Later that year, we launched one of the industry’s first, fully online, 360 feedback processes. With over ten years of development experience, we now employ some of the most advanced employee survey and assessment solutions available. Today, our technologies are constantly undergoing research and development, based on your needs and feedback, to improve our service and lower your costs.

All of our client-facing solutions are designed to take full advantage of the internet. Our "software as a service" model means we operate and manage your processes for you. All data and software is maintained and hosted by Assessment Plus. This model provides minimal impact for your company.
